I will be the new Director-General of UNESCO in New York. The United Nations will undertake reform for many reasons, including budgetary constraints and the world war. It will therefore be essential to restructure the organization, and one of the reforms will be to transfer UNESCO to UN Headquarters and allow it to operate independently. PEACE.
