FOREIGNERS ARE ADVISED TO LEAVE ADDIS ABABA AND ETHIOPIA PEACEFULLY AND IMMEDIATELY, AS THE SITUATION IN THE CITY AND THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY IS SCANDALOUS.

   Foreigners are advised to leave Addis Ababa and Ethiopia peacefully and immediately, as the situation in the city and throughout the country is scandalous. PEACE.
