FRANCE GALL IS PORTUGAL.

   These are small islands like Staten Island where the Statue of Liberty is erected. They are the hope that the New World provides.

How can we resolve global crises and in particular those linked to small islands?

   To answer this question we need to understand the history of Europe and the New Colossus.

   The Statue of Liberty is a gift from France to the United States and represents a European lady bringing hope for the new world. So, global crises and their solutions concern the great lady who was French and whose name is France Gall and today she is called Portugal. PEACE.
